The Franklin Covey Institute will present a Coffee Talk on February 25, 2021, focused on how to become a better leader.

The folks who have made “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” a gold standard for how we live our lives will offer ideas on how to assess and grow our leadership skills. Developing leadership skills is a key to making the most of a team. The recent Covey workshop we offered on 5 keys to productivity addressed one part of the conversation. You are welcome in this conversation whether or not you attended that training.

Some questions we will cover in this Coffee Talk:

  • What is holding us back as leaders?
  • How do we get our own work done and lead a team or organization at the same time?
  • How do you fill your bucket so that you have the resources to be a leader?
  • What are key steps to translating strategy into action?

When the pandemic hit in spring 2020, we started these Coffee Talks online to support the work of nonprofits and provide a space for people to support each other in their community work. In the coming months, we’ll have a monthly Coffee Talk online to create that space.

Join us at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 25, for this online Coffee Talk.
