Lesa is a registered lobbyist and also concentrates on local, state and federal government procurement, public and government relations issue management, association management, and other special projects through Ice Miller’s Public Affairs Group.

Kipper (Kip) TewKipper (Kip) Tew
Kipa concentrates his practice on public affairs and municipal law, including smart cities and IoT, gaming, alcohol, utilities, and campaign finance.

Eileen MooreEileen Moore
Eileen is a partner in Ice Miller’s Trusts, Estates and Private Wealth Group. She focuses her practice on business litigation and risk management. She frequently assists clients with fiduciary matters (i.e. trust and estate litigation), employment disputes, and matters involving requests for emergency injunctive relief.

Gina GiaconeGina Giacone
Gina joined Ice Miller in 1995 and has been a partner since 2004. She focuses on corporate, governance and tax issues for tax-exempt entities and gift, estate and trust taxation, estate planning, estate and trust administration and charitable giving.

Shawn PetersonShawn E. Peterson
Shawn is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group. He represents business and non-profit clients, specifically in managing complex incentive and project finance transactions.
