Mary J. Strati Byrd Scholarship

The Mary J. Strati Byrd Scholarship was established to provide scholarship assistance to students from Elkhart High School pursuing a degree in the medical field.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. A resident of Elkhart County for a minimum of one year
2. Graduating high school senior from Elkhart High School with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
3. Pursuing a degree in the medical field (medical research preference)
4. Student planning to enroll full-time in a four-year program at an accredited college or university in the United States.

Awards:  One new award is given every two years in the amount of $1,000 per year for four years for a total award of $4,000.

Apply between January 1 and March 1, 2024.
