Why we support Michiana 40 under 40

Nominate someone for Michiana 40 Under 40

Every year, the South Bend-Elkhart region honors its brightest and best young leaders in Michiana 40 Under 40.

The program is accepting nominations for the 15th annual class of young executives, leaders and professionals in St. Joseph, Elkhart and Marshall counties.

For the last 15 years, a group of partners from across the region have come together to gather nominations and honor a group of the 40 people who have achieved great things before the age of 40.

The Community Foundation of Elkhart County is a presenting sponsor for the annual initiative. Our President Pete McCown was involved in helping create the contest years ago. Our Chief Financial Officer Cole Patuzzi has been an honoree.

We believe in the future of our community and investing in that future. Retaining young talent is key to any region’s progress. In northern Indiana, we have to mentor and encourage young leaders. We have to grow our talent and keep our best and brightest here. Michiana 40 Under 40 is one way to encourage all of us to work together in this region.

You can get the full details at www.michiana40.com. Nominations are due March 27, 2021. We hope you’ll help us identify our best and brightest for this 15th annual class.
