Building Powerful Teams: 7 Practices that Determine Team Success

Beginning in February 2017, we will be offering a leadership training program for your team. Justin Maust will be facilitating 7 weekly sessions focused on improving communication, driving organizational clarity, increasing leadership capacity and helping you achieve meaningful organizational goals.  Through the Building Powerful Teams: 7 Practices that Determine Team Success, we aim to help Elkhart County nonprofit leaders build more powerful teams to increase their overall effectiveness.

The Building Powerful Teams program was created to develop leaders and inspire teams to overcome our natural tendency to seek comfort and ease. Our companies, schools, church, nonprofits and governments are made up of people.  It is the people that make the organization successful…but it is also the people that make an organization suffer.  Habitual Mediocrity is the enemy that is holding back our ability to reach our full potential individually and corporately.  With passion, humor, transparency and intensity, Justin teaches the 7 Practice That Determine Team Success.  These practices help leaders achieve intentional team success while overcoming habitual mediocrity.

Who can attend? You, your board members, your decision-making team and/or your frontline staff are encouraged to participate in this program. Each organization must have at least two participants at each session.
