CEO Roundtables
For a number of years, we have been pleased to organize and sponsor CEO Roundtables in Elkhart County. We know how valuable this has been in helping develop leaders as they continue to serve our amazing nonprofits in Elkhart County.
For at least the last 15 years, we have gathered CEOs in groups of 12 to 15 people to meet together once a month for two to three hours. Kevin Deary, director of professional and organizational development for the Community Foundation, coordinates the groups.
The Community Foundation, through the Fund for Elkhart County, underwrites most of the cost for this resource. We ask that each organization sending a leader for this invaluable experience pay a total of $200. We will invoice you so that you can pay by check.
The roundtables meet regularly. We currently have five of them meeting regularly and may create more as needed. You can join them at any time. Please fill out the form below and we will be in touch to place you with a group.
