- The Learning Center -
Effective Leadership in Action
When a leader is effective, an organization thrives.
This follow-up workshop to the January 26 event will focus on what effective leadership looks like when it is put into action.
Justin Weaver of Venture Resourcing, LLC will lead this workshop offered by The Learning Center. TLC offers free education to Elkhart County nonprofits and those serving Elkhart County.
Justin will focus on how effective leaders lead and engage, ensuring vision, alignment, and execution across the organization.
- Learn to prioritize Vision, Alignment, and Execution
- Gain an understanding of how to ensure the execution stage happens rather than being overtaken by the whirlwind of the day-to-day.
The Everything DiSC Work of Leaders program is the foundation for this session. Everything DiSC® offers a suite of personal development learning experiences that measure an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model.
This simple yet powerful model describes four basic styles: D, i, S, and C, and serves as the foundation for the Everything DiSC® Application Suite. Participants receive personalized insights that deepen their understanding of self and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective. The result is a more engaged and collaborative workforce that can spark meaningful culture improvement in your organization.
Participants in this workshop will be asked to take the DiSC assessment in advance. Participating in both workshops is recommended.
